Family Therapy
A type of psychotherapy designed to identify family patterns that contribute to behavior or mental health issues and help family members break those habits. Family therapy involves discussion and problem-solving sessions with the family as a whole or certain members who are identified as needing help together.
Dr. Deena has extensive experience in family therapy with people suffering from addiction and mental health issues. Additionally Dr. Deena did specialty training at The Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy in New York City.
